Born in Dallas, TX
Dallas born, Georgia raised. He moved to Paulding County at just one year old and has called Georgia home ever since.
1996
Georgia Kid
His family moved to Paulding County when he was just one year old. He grew up a Georgia kid through and through.
2011
New Beginnings
At 16, his family moved to Cherokee County after his mother married his stepfather. A new chapter, a new county, a new school.
2013
Class of 2013
He graduated from the third high school he attended, Woodstock High School. After graduation, he stepped into his first leadership role as a fitness manager at a local gym.
2015
Falling in Love
Francisco met Rachel at his local CrossFit gym. He decided to break the golden rule and pick up a girl at the gym. Turns out it worked out pretty well.
2017
Becoming a Dad & a Husband
His daughter, Sofía, arrived in March, and he was married six months later in September. The Molina family was officially underway.
2019
Bought First Home
He bought his first home in Holly Springs, GA in May. What is a new house without a new dog? A new furry friend, Zuma, helped break in the new house.
2022
First Rental Property
He sold the Holly Springs home and moved to Woodstock in August. That house became his first rental property. The investor mindset was already in motion.
2023
The Buckhead Life
Sofía was admitted to Atlanta International School, and his family moved to Buckhead in July. Francisco now serves as the President of the Amigos Club within the AIS Parent Organization.
2024
Another One
His son, Kique, was born in August. The family of four, plus the dog, is settled and ready for the future. Francisco has never been more motivated.
